They are the worst services ever. I bought 4 Solar lights(branded Pack) I found one was damaged I immediately sent the one back to be exchanged. their consultant told me they can't help me they need all 4. I told them I can't I have already installed 3 lights, I only want replacement of the only one. After a few weeks I received an email that says they can't help me, I responded that they must bring the light back I see what I can do, They send the light back today(28/08/2023) It is still damaged. They don't value their clients it shows they are in for our money not customer satisfaction.
