Takealot

I ordered items from Takealot which I wanted to exchange as one item was to small and the other item they have send me a wrong size.Retuns were declined hence one was wrong because of this mistake.Up until now I am still waiting for my item to be returned.The couriers that they used don't know where my package is.Takealot can't give me a clear answer
