Takealot ******

Purchased a product on takealot that was on sale, so the product has a 1year warranty, I was faulty and didn't work as it should, returned it for a replacement, its been a month at the "merchant" for a evaluations...Just received an email that they cannot replace the item as its not the same price anymore.
