I've been trying to search for products on Takealot's website on my desktop computer, it keeps giving me the message "Oops! Unexpected Error. This is beyond annoying as it is much easier on the computer than on an the app on my phone. I won't be manipulated, I just won't shop from you again, there are so many options out there!!! You're copying Amazon where we have to pay a monthly amount for delivery. In principle that's not bad, however I was in the USA for more than a month visiting family, and experience the excellent service from Amazon. I you want to copy the giants, you have to offer what they do, in every area!! I've been buying e-books from Amazon for many years, very easy, download the Kindle app and it goes directly there. If you make a mistake in buying a book, they reimburse as soon as you contact them. NOT with Takealot, I bought 3 books, which I don't own anymore because. I tried to download the books twice and failed, then asked the technicians at iStore to help me to install the books, that worked once, and when I upgraded my iPad and they tried again, the books were gone. I will NEVER buy e-books from them again.

IF YOU WANT TO COMPETE WITH THE GIANTS, YOU HAVE TO BE A GIANT OR YOU'LL BE "EATEN" BY THOSE SAME GIANTS!!
