Takealot

I have a order missing. I ordered 2 separate times and they said they will deliver it the same day. Today i only received 1 of the orders and not the other one. While on the app it says i received both. I called the delivery driver later when i arrived home and realized only 1 order was delivered. All he said was that sometimes they will deliver the other package the next day. But why was both orders marked as received? Don't they scan the packages first before giving them out? So takealot. I am waiting on a response from your customer care email, to explain how this happened. Where is my other order. And don't you dare tell me it was delivered, as it wasn't. Your driver even said he only delivered 1 box and not 2
