Takealot customer service? What's that?

I purchased a generator from Takealot, shortly after, my takealot account was deleted and now does not exist. The generator has blown major appliances and constantly leaks oil (SUPERSONIC PETROL & OIL 1.9KW 4-STROKE GENERATOR O****00DC). I have been trying to reach takealot for WEEKS and have had no luck at all. Please tell me how I am supposed to return a product from an account that no longer exists? The experience that I have had with Takealot and their customer service is appalling! I have little desire to ever purchase anything through them again.
