Takealot Customer Service Sucks!

Bought a 4 pack of identical solar lights from takealot. Mounted 2 on a wall, including double sided tape etc. to secure the lights. The 3rd light I tested before mounting and it was defective. I returned the 1 defective light, but Takealot refused to replace just the one unit. They wanted all returned, which I obviously could not do. They sell these units individually, so I do not see the problem other than poor customer service. Will think twice before ordering from them again.
