Takealot Customer Service SUCKS

Takealot don't even have a customer service department. I had a credit passed at the beginning of December 2022 but it never reflected.

It is impossible to find a human being that can help you with your problem. I have sent a million emails but you don't get to speak to a human being and the problem isn't fixed. Takealot don't care as long as they have your money you can fight till your blue in the face
