Takealot customer service on returns

I have bought many items from takealot over the years this includes phones always had great experiences.

But this time I am so disappointed in the phone I bought, their service and no feedback. I bought a phone that was delivered to me on the 1 of Nov. They have a 1 month guarantee.... I understand this,but the first week after 1 December this phone has been a disaster! Battery does not last at all, I have called numerous people from this phone. Either the speaker makes a loude screeching sound in my ears (if you talk on the phone even with out the screeching noise you can hardly hear the other person on the line)

I run a business and it runs mostly from my phone. I bought the phone for R 5500 on special. All the reviews were great. When I went back to the phone that I bought to do a review on it the latest review was the same story as mine.

I want my money back so that I can buy a new one and nobody is getting back to me. I contacted the supplier to takealot and all I receback was sorry we do not do refunds only services and repairs. So what do I do now???
