Takealot customer service going down the drain

I used to swear by Takealot their service used to be impeccable. Every time I ordered I had my stuff within 24 hours from ordering now it takes 5+ days to pack it yet alone for it to leave the warehouse and be delivered (and this was all items that were in stock and ready to be shipped). Customer services lie to you when you email them and are rude and don't help you at all. Either Takealot have got too popular and need more staff or their existing staff need a jolly good kick up the **** as productivity and service is beyond pathetic. Takealot sort yourselves out as your customer service is a serious cry from what it used to be and I will now be looking for other sites that actually care about its customers and do their jobs.
