Takealot Customer Service

I ordered a heater online with specifications which I wanted. When I received the order it was nothing like what was advertised and did not have the features which I specifically wanted. Eventually after waiting for ages on the telephone it was answered by a very competent lady, I sent her photographs of the product which I received and she agreed that it was not what it should be. I am still waiting for a outcome. I urgently needed the heater and am still waiting to be able to use it. Takealot needs to look at their customer service department
