Takealot customer service

Good day I would like to share my experience with take alot customer care call centre. I called in on the 20.10.2023 and spoke to a lady which tried her best to assist me with my problem. And my problem was I seen a curling wand that was price R149.99 but when I ordered it on check out they were charging me R299 , and the lady said that the marketing department had not updated it yet. And yes I understood that but my problem was not solved and my delivery was on its way . I then called again later in the afternoon I spoke to a gentleman by the name Sandisa who was very unprofessional he put me on hold after keeping quiet for almost 10 minutes then put me on hold for another 20 minutes. I mean this is unacceptable this people are suppose to help us not create more issues . I then called back and told them to cancel my in tire order.
