Takealot customer service and returns policy is exceptional

I have ordered numerous items from Takealot from both their CPT and JHB warehouses and they have been delivered very swiftly, usually within 1-2 days. Also items from 3rd party sellers as well as items that they need to source from their suppliers first are also speedily delivered within their quoted time frames (usually much quicker).

But where Takealot far exceeds other stores is in their customer support and returns process. Their customer support on Twitter assists with all issues I have had and they have the best returns policy (with free collection) and it is all hassle free within 30 days of purchase.

I highly recommend them.
