Takealot Customer Service

Experiencing the worst customer service from Takealot. I paid for my items but when I received it, one of my items were not in the box but on my profile it showed it was delivered. I spoke to two consultants who said they will give me feedback and 3 days later I have not had any correspondence from either one of them. I am still waiting for feedback on my missing item. Absolutely terrible service.
