Takealot customer complaints

Cellphone purchase from Takealot was not a good experience, the phone, Samsung A35, stopped functioning just out of its warranty but the problem is not warranty related. The phone started giving me a message, NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK, I have had the phone at 3 cell shops and all inform me it is hard locked. As Takealot supp**** the phone I contacted then to unlock the phone with no luck they simply hide behind the warranty period. My recommendation DONT BY A CELLPHONE THROUGH TAKEALOT. I dont know if Takealot understands customer service customer satisfaction. BEWARE.
