Takealot Customer care/accounts - bare minimum to NO service

The services of Takealot (backend ) is absolutely pathetic! Just to retrieve the correct invoice after they loaded incorrect invoice was loaded on the portal, takes more than three(3) weeks. Called more than five(5) times in this period of time and still the query has still not been resolved.

Customer service drops the call when they do not understand the query.

I'd think twice before dealing with Takealot in from a business point of view.
