Takealot customer care not helpful

My order arrived at the pick up point at 13:00 and has just been sitting there with no further movment it looks like nobody is scanning anything the whole day has past how can it not have been scanned yet. I contacted the call center and was told to wait till i get a response from them which i am still waiting for.
