Takealot customer Care

Ordered and pay for an item (Christmas gift), received totally wrong item. Logged complaint Sunday 12th Dec. They requested photos etc, which I sent already Sunday. Have not heard any reply from them!!! I have called everyday and just speak to a different consultant and the ONLY response is they have sent email to Warehouse in Jhb and no feedback!! This is unacceptable customer service and I'm a frequent buyer on Takealot, but this is crazy!!!!!
