Takealot custemor service sucks

Bought a pair of boots online, and after fitting and testing the boots, I decided to send it back for a refund,because the boots are extremely uncomfortable, and they are of very,very poor quality. I walked with the boots for aprox. 5 minutes, and Takelot customer service agent "Sipho" told me that the product is "used" and I cannot claim a refund. I requested for him to contact me telephonically, with no success, he also do not reply on my emails. How else are you suppose to fit and test a product bought online? The boots was sent back without any damage, and it is clean. The boots was worn for a extremely short period of time (5 minutes about of walking). As a regular customer I am extremely dissapointed, and should this issue not be resolved, Myself and my household will not support Takealot.com anymore.
