Takealot ******

Worst Experience Ever. I purchased Apple Airpods pro Max, an extremely expensive item, and paid extra for delivery on the same day as I urgently needed this item for the following day. After 18:00 Takelot delivered a package, not containing the Apple Airpods but a “Vodacom simcard”! When I phoned Takealot they promised me they would contact the warehouse to sort out the problem that same evening. Needless to state nothing was sorted out. R4700.00 out of pocket and I still dont have my Airpods!
