takealot crediting is nightmare

good day, i ordered led colour changing sprial fitting light and it came wrong so i returned it. now its says account is credited since we dont have replacement for that. but when i check my account balance it says zero. i emailed to takealot numerously but response i only get is we will sort it out and it been a week now. this is not we expect from takealot, i have recommended alot about takealot to my freinds and family. so far i have received good service but last delivery was messed up with damage item and wrong item.. please sort it and help me asap
