Takealot: Credit to Refund

I returned a product I bought, and was credited to my account. But after some time I decided that I would rather need the money back in my bank account. I called the call centre, and did not wait long for an answer. I was helped so quickly and efficiently that I almost couldn't believe it. I am absolutely impressed with this high quality level of customer service. Thank you to Luke du Preez who assisted me, you deserve a raise :)
