Takealot Credit return collection

I have never thought I would have to oneday a negative review on Takealot since their service have been great until recently when I requested a credit on one of the devices delivered during lockdown period. Requested a return on unit on reference RRN-fcac-52a3 and was 1st given a collection date which was later rescheduled to a later date and till to date the device has never been collected and no communication since the last rescheduling date. I purchased various esssntial items during the lockdown and dellivery was lightning fast and why is the credit process/collection snail slow? If you fail to collect the device during lockdown then refund me my money then collect the device when lockdown is over if the device is not regarded as an essential item. I hope this matter will be actioned as soon as possible to restore the confidence I had buying through Takealo online buying.
