Takealot credit MTN airtime ****

Returned a purchase earlier this week and the refund was credited to my account. Within 2 days someone ‘hacked’ my takealot account and used the credit to purchase 10+ MTN vouchers.

Did a search online and apparently this happens very often with Takealot Credit, and has been going on for more than one year. I wonder if it’s an insider job or there is a security issue with takealot. It cannot be so many people’s data security got compromised and their only loss is the credit refund from takealot.
