Takealot credit

After buying a brand new washing machine from Takealot in December we experienced issues from the start. Machine still under warranty but takealot passes you onto supplier (Candy) to get it fixed. Had machine collected & still don’t have a credit note over a month after MasterCare was in. I’ve had to do all the leg work emailing, phoning etc. Etc. Costing me time, money & stress. Nobody seems to know what to do. I can’t buy a new machine until I receive the credit & it’s been a nightmare dealing with them. Not to mention the effort of having no machine for over a month now & still no end in sight. Very disappointed
