TAKEALOT couriers not sticking to agreed dates
On Saturday a lady from Takealot called to arranged for collection of a returned item. We agreed to Tuesday before 5pm. Well, Tuesday came and went, but no courier pitched to collect the goods. Also no phone call to reschedules times. This is a decided inconvenience for me, as I wanted to run some errands, but instead had to stick around in vain waiting for the courier. This morning I phoned Takealot, and it's now the end of the business day and I still haven't heard anything regarding the collection.
