Takealot couriers are a nightmare

Takealot needs to review there courier companies. I ordered a phone and was to be delivered today, to my surprise upon the delivery, the order was ****** out of the box and replaced with some trash, the box was wet and open on the side. Right now I'm left hanging with no one responding to my emails
