Takealot courier stopping next door thinking thats my house package delayed badly bad service

Very dis satisfied my package was supposed to be delivered a week ago today as courier stopped at neighbors and not at my house, hooted there and drove off and few min later I got an sms saying they could not reach me, yes of course they could not reach me im not staying next door im staying at the address my package was supposed to be delivered at not next door. So they told me they will reschedule and also confirmed that it will be delivered today, well today (One week later) has passed and no courier I've been watching the gate literally all day from where im sitting in my living room trough the window. Please do something its a week late and not my fault if they stop at wrong house im as mad as heel I ordered cat food now I have to pay double cause cat food is finished now I have to go to the supermark here is only one supermark and they are super expensive so now have to buy cat food AGAIN because my cat food and medication is delayed because fast and furious couriers from takealot cant see my house and yes my house number is big and clearly visible from the road lots of couriers comes here for deliveries so why why why do I have to struggle with this one. Please help get my package here cause I ordered it on the 13th of June its now 11 days that I've been waiting on this order.
