Takealot Courier Simply Worst??

I placed an order on takealot on 22-10-2018, the following day thy said they will deliver my order, after few munites I went online and check again, to my surprise it was updated as I was not available to collect the order no phone call no nothing, order was resheduled for 24th I knocked at work early and was waiting since 12 , the delivery time was from 9-15h00, I waited with the security guard till 18h00, was constantly calling the call center they said my parcel was on the way, but at 18h00 they said the driver said he tried calling me and couldn't find me and **** by saying he was with the security guard which Is where I was waiting, send lot of emails, last email I got guaranteed that I will get my order on the 26th i waited for the courier with my phone in my hand but at 17h00 when i call they saying the driver couldn't find me. I LOST almost R200 airtime calling call center that was knowing very well that they lieying yo me.
