It's getting worse and worse - everyday!

Why commit - if you know very well that you can't deliver.

Pathetic service and failure to communicate with their customers. This is now for the second time - they did to my partner and now it's me.

How does one communicate 1h30 minutes or 2 hours later - that they won't be able to deliver; not even via SMS - I had to go to the app to see what is happening.
