Takealot courier services

I bought something at Takealot and opted and paid for fast delivery which is the following day. I used my office address. The office closes at 4pm, I kept busy till 5pm as they said they will deliver before 5pm. Only get the message at 16:56 that the takealot order is out for delivery. And I get the message 17:01 that they couldn’t deliver because I was not available to receive it? What madness is that? Worse part is you don’t even give customers options to comment on the app or communicate with the driver. What the hell does it mean iI was not available? Not available where? You send that text to tell me where you think I was not and take away my rights to comment cause honestly your app needs a lot of upgrading .?? And this I have experienced for the second time. Yes I prefer to do online shopping as is convenient for me but I also prefer honesty and good service for my money.
