Takealot courier seems to lie about non-delivery

Takealot order #*** has been delayed because cant find the address and need to phone next day to verify.

That is blatant lie as many couriers could find the address that even include "4km past Randgate, next to Telkom tower" where there is only one road stretching even 1 km or more from Randgate and with that huge tower direct next to the road you must be blind not to see it.

Strange that will phone tomorrow to verify address, but yet the courier self not even phone or sms or whatsapp to ask for directions or whatever.

Must say I was even more shocked when I discovered a private facebook group with over 30 000 members purely for "Takealot Complaints" and many of them also have problems with Takealot couriers
