Takealot & courier it

Once again I'm frustrated by takealot, i sometimes ask myself why is it that I still keep ordering from them. Every chance they get they just get on my last nerve. Recently they dispatched a wrong parcel to me had to wait for almost two weeks for them to deliver the correct item I have ordered. And the most recent one they are not delivering my order, every morning I have to waste my own money to call and check what's causing the delay on my parcel. I get messages everyday as well that my parcel is out for delivery but at the end of the day nothing is delivered. Paid for my order on the 5th of November and today it's the 19th of November still nothing. I have lost trust in that company. I also called courier it as it's the company used to deliver this parcel and they told me they can't give me the drivers contact details. Typing this nje makes me angry
