Takealot courier is striking or there new employees are retarded

The courier service is pathetic they have never in the past 3 years upset me with deliveries but this is the worst. Always when im not home they call and ask me were to drop the package now they already got to the adress. On site the next day they told me recipient was not home now i have to wait a whole weekend for their stupidity i even logged a call were she clearly stated they will call the courier company and tell them to call me. The package was already in town. The next day the friday they told me it will be delivered and courier will call me... nothing ive recieved nothing. Now i needed the parcel saterday now i have to wait till next week.
