Takealot courier incompetence

On 03/03/2025 My package was delivered while I was at work. The driver did not communicate with me and let a random person that claim they knowe sign off my package. I did not receive my package now I'm struggling to get in contact with the company because their customer service are slow and sometimes do not even reply. I did put in a refund but they want to collect items that I never received.
