Takealot Courier can't find Address.

Order placed on 16 September 2024. Order failed to be delivered because the courier can't find the address.. Besides providing the address, I provided a pin on google maps. I provided a cell number. Yet they still can't find it. It is a Guest House on the R64 outside Kimberley. Amazingly tourists can find it quite easily. go figure! So Takealot credits my Takealot account with the amount. This is absolutely useless to me because these items need to go to this address in Kimberley. I am in Johannesburg. My bank account needs to be credited with the amount so that I can buy the items myself and use a courier that can use google maps and a cell phone. Absolutely ridiculous. order number ***. I demand a refund into my account.
