Takealot could not care less

Takealot website/app lies on the delivery date. Once you pay on checkout and get invoice, the date changes to what you see on checkout. -Order came late -Wrong items received with some items correct(got someone else’s items) -Calling support,lines drop almost always -Could not locate my return -Issued incorrect refund for return Literally everything that could go wrong went wrong and they have lost a customer
