Takealot consultants lie about delivery and there is no way of escalate them

I ordered from takealot on the 4 Sept. I am still waiting today for an ETA date 28 sep. on the 19 sept. I was told my order was escalated and it would arrive in 2 - 3 working days. now I get no feedback and it been over a month. today I called and I was given the option to cancel or wait yet again for another escalation. Where is the accountability for us consumers being given such ******* service. Why is there no management or supervision on our escalations. I'm still waiting for feedback !
