Takealot consistently delivers less than what I ordered and payed for (and I ordered 3 of the same product)

For the third time now, all I'm attempting to do is order my dog's Field and Forest Wet Food on Takealot. The food comes in boxes of 8. I order 3 boxes, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, one box less arrives. This is literally infuriating. The worst of it all is I order 3 of the SAME PRODUCT. There is literally no difference in the 3 items I'm ordering. But every time, less than what I ordered arrives, and then I have to go through the admin of finding out where the rest of my order is. I'm so at a loss. I'm a super frequent customer at Takealot, but for the third time now in 2 months, you are literally making me want to run away.
