#SupportLocal - I have used Takealot on many occasions, I've had one or two products that was faulty which they provided assistance for without any hassles. A gift I bought my son for X-mass had a damaged part, initially they responded to say it was past the return date, but with the help of their internal staff they got the issue resolved for me.
