Takealot Con Artists!

Absolute *******! I orders an intex easy set pool from them which only came a month after ordering, I was leaving for vacation when the pool arrived and had no time to test it, a week after I got back, I decided to set up the pool for my 4 year old as this was the only time we had good weather, it was always raining, I filled the pool for an hour and a half only to find there's a leak! I had to empty all the water just to try repair the hole sith the repair patch provided, unfortunately it was still leaking, my 4 year old was so excited but unfortunately Tskealot sent me a pool that we could not use because it kept leaking,I logged the return and sent it back to them, the first agent declines the return stating my return reason was product no longer required which is bull**** because I stated the product was defective! The second agent stated that they needed to be notified 7 days within receiving the product of a defect, Firstly what I'd the 6 month warranty for? Secondly should had time to ho fill a pool in the pouring rain yo check for leaks? So now they have taken the pool and my money! I have been a loyal customer of takealot.com since they were Kalahari.com. this is really shocking. I urge everyone not to buy from them, Chinese shops have the same stuff they have at halfvthe price!
