TAKEALOT CON ARTISTS

I bought a 50inch Hi-Sense HD TV from Takealot in December 2018. Television was hung on my wall & worked perfectly. February 2021 the images started distorting to a point where only lines appeared up until a complete black screen. I contacted takealot & they confirmed the TV was still under 36month warranty so I sent it for assessment & possible refund or replacement. I sent the TV in with no physical damage caused by me. Upon inspection I was told that I caused damage to the screen negligently & they will not be replacing or refunding. They sent me new images of damage which was not present when I sent the TV to them. I have been battling with incompetence as the matter has escalated from **** to ****. My only regret was not taking my own Pics before I sent them the TV. Being angry won't help anyone, so as a loyal customer for years I can say Takealot has ****** me & never thought I will fall victim to some terrible reviews I've seen over the years. Consider my account deleted. Pathetic service
