Takealot complaints

They are very nice and quick to help you when you're buying and they deliver fast. The problem is when you return the item to them to fix , change or want a refund, they will never assist you the way they do when you're buying. The thing is I bought a Lenovo laptop there around March and the laptop gave me a problem in November remember I'm a student and in that November I'm writing exams so I quickly returned the laptop for them to change it but when they return the laptop back to me , the laptop was worse it was not switch on the charger is not working then I wrote the email to them and I never got assisted. Now the exams are over I struggled crz everything I had to use was in my laptop. They always making excuses that they don't see a serial number on a laptop, so i was asking myself how wouldn't they see it crz they are the one that gave me the laptop so they should know where the sticker of the serial number is. So I had to open the cover of the laptop and I did find the details of the laptop with the serial number because they said , they won't be able to fix the laptop without serial number. I returned the laptop again and they say I opened the unit so they won't be able to help me , then I explained to them why I opened the unit, then they return the laptop again to me without being fix or changed and the worse part is that they only returned my laptop without it's charger. I tried to call them then they say they will get back to when they find it since today I haven't received the charger. I called a number that they have for complaints yesterday and they say they will call them to find the charger and then collect the laptop and I don't want their laptop anymore I want my money , the school are opening in few days but they are doing me like this.
