Takealot Complaint - order number ***1

I ordered makeup brushes for my mom on Takealot it was cash on delivery therefore my mom suggested I return the package when the courier comes because she no longer needs the brushes .

I have a burning problem here with the issue of return since Tuesday 17 December till today 20 December the couriers have been delivering the package I keep on telling the delivery services to cancel or take it back. I am so angry right now because I keep on calling and telling them the same thing not to reschedule delivery because the package is no longer needed but it seems like it keeps on landing on deaf ears. Not to be disrespectful but i just don't know what to do anymore because they're also wasting the courier's Tim and petrol.
