Takealot complaint order - ***

I have purchase Smart Tv from Takealot in November 2023 and in January there was problem with tv and i have spoken to Hisense and they have sent 1 of the technicians to have look at the tv and they have informed me that there's manufacture problem with tv and he informed me that he will do exchange as the tv is only few months old. Takealot then refuse to exchange the tv, but they want to credit my Takealot account and i informed them that i don't want a credit but i want the same tv. i purchased the tv on black Friday and the price of the tv is not same as what they have credit me .i have been going back and forth with Takealot and Hisense for months and they have been no help to me at all.
