Takealot Complaint - Not feedback on the your contract us --- 3 mails???

Takelaot Compliant
I have requested feedback 3 times through your contract us on your website . No response which unacceptable business practice....
My return was declined on the base that it was fair/normal wear and tier . I never opened the box until I need to the additional storage.`Just purchased when required . I opened the original box to discover that the Vinyl storage unit was damaged /Dented . I returned the box back to takealot on December 2nd. It was returned back to me and the box was never opened and the unit was never inspected. This is unacceptable business practice and dishonesty. I will not accept the outcome and will take the matter further. Return Number :

24 Dec 2024, 07:39Shocking that Takealot has not responded the queries ???? As per all the emails sent ,not response !!!! Shocking it has to get to this point and NO SERVICE ? Shame on you Takealot , The next steps , we will take this to all Social media platforms on the matter .
