Takealot complaint

Takealot still haven't delivered goods from the 11 August although the were payed on the first and promised the 11 th August ..now the 19 th with no explanation...sent a complaint and got a mail 2 days ago that a picker had been allocated and still no other communication ...birthday has passed that the goods were for....they have got to boots...doubt we will use them .
