TAKEALOT COMPLAINT

I ordered a Defy tumble dryer from Takealot in May. I have used only twice -because I only use it when it rains -in the past month. On both occasions it stripped my whole electrical system. On the second occasion it was really bad. This was yesterday, 8th June . I contacted Takealot.... and unable to phone, all has to be done online. In other words no personal communication what so ever. They got back to to say this is not their responsibility. I must contact Defy myself! They will. To take a return and will not refund me either. What now?
