Takealot communication is so bad

I always had good response from takealot. Until now... I bought a table for camping from them. It was so flimsy and I sent it back. Just to hear from them that they said I used it. I took it out the box and put it back as I got it. I should have filmed it then maybe they would believe it. But I'm STILL waiting for further instructions from them. Am I getting my table back? They still have it after some time and they don't communicate on what's going on.
