Takealot communication is horrid

I bought a set of rings and retruned it. They collected it very swiftly but it's a week later and they haven't even let me know if the refund was concluded so I see it online, they reimbursed me the price of the rings but not my delivery fee which I want back as well. It was R309 in total and I want it back.
